Contact Center - Call Notification Extension

Data Collection

This extension does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information
• Browsing history
• Call recordings or call content
• Authentication credentials

Local Data Storage

The extension stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's Storage API:

• User preferences: Ringtone volume level, notification enabled/disabled state
• Extension state: Temporary call notification data (cleared after call ends)

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.

Permissions Used

The extension requires the following permissions to function:

• Notifications: To display desktop notifications when incoming calls arrive
• Storage: To save your preferences (volume, enabled state) locally
• Tabs: To focus the Contact Center browser tab when you click a notification
• Offscreen: To play ringtone audio in the background
• Alarms: To manage notification timing and auto-dismiss
• Host permissions: To communicate with the Contact Center web application only

Third-Party Services

This extension communicates only with the Contact Center web application (contact-center.greensoft.mn) to receive call notifications. No data is shared with any other third-party services.
